Subsidiary of Danish retail chain is looking for a talented HR Business Partner to be the driver of the HR processes by working closely with our leaders within Retail, to support the overall aims of the organization.

Your daily tasks will be:
• To be visible in the stores, following up on introduction and the development of our talents.
• To be the driver of performance management sessions in own region.
• Recruiting pipeline and staff for new store openings, support line managers in recruitment and staff development according to JYSK concepts and standards.
• Training our trainer team and pipeline, ensuring high quality of our trainee programmes.
• Improving work environment in stores through business partnering and leadership communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner within retail, and is used to work with SAP systems.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must, as there are meetings and training activities in other JYSK countries.

The HR Business Partner will have a daily reference to the Country HR Manager.

The position is based in Zagreb, Croatia, but travelling activities within the region and also within Europe should be expected.
