First officer: minimum of 2500 total hours, 500 hours of which must be PIC on aircraft types in excess of 10 tonnes. A B737 rating is strongly preferred

Working Experience:
Culinary
- Chef de Partie - 2 years experience as Demi Chef de Partie or similar position
- Commis - 1 year experience in a similar position
- Demi Chef de Partie - 2 years experience as Commis or similar position
- Junior Sous Chef - 3 years experience as Chef de Partie or similar position
- Sous Chef - 3 years experience as Junior Sous Chef or similar position
- Steward - Has a basic knowledge in cleaning and willing to learn
Engineering
- Tech 1 (Housing)
- Must have minimum of 3 years of experience with luxury hotel company in the Engineering Department in similar position.
Education
- Trade Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/AC field or equivalent required
Food & Beverage(waiters) and 5 (bartenders)
- Two years experience in the Hospitality Industry (waiters)
- Has worked in a bar before in a 5 star hotel / resort (bartenders)
- Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Food handling certificate

- High school graduate, some college
Sports Club & Spa
Spa
- Must have a minimum of 1 year Spa Therapist experience with luxury hotel and resort or another company

- Internationally recognized beauty qualification

- Must have a minimum of 5 years Recreation operation and a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role with luxury hotel and resort or another hotel company.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid certification in first aid
- Basic Beach Safety Certification
- Must possess a current internationally recognized Personal Training Certificate (fitness professional and supervisor)
- Must possess a current internationally recognized CPR card (fitness professional and supervisor)
- Minimum 2 years in Housekeeping or as a cleaner (Recreation Attendant)
- Valid Internationally recognized Lifeguard Qualification (Lifeguard)
Front of House
Concierge
- Must have a minimum of 1 year Front Office experience with luxury hotel and resort or another hotel company
- Previous cashiering experience
- Experience in hospitality industry (College or training)
- High School or College Diploma required
Doorman/Bellman
- High school graduate
- Valid drivers' license
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to drive all vehicle types
- Ability to drive standard and manual transmission
Our clients offer excellent working conditions:
- basic salary + overtime payment;
- 2 year contract + relocation at the beginning and end of the contract; if contract is renewed the
one way ticket is converted into a returned ticket;
- medical coverage under Governement Plan;
- sharing accommodation - maximum 2 people in room;
- all 3 meals per day;
- access to Staff Recreation Center which includes TV and recreational room, internet café (free
access to computer), full gym;
- wireless internet in housing and Staff Recreation Center;
- kitchen and laundry facilities in housing
