For our client we seek to employ a Head of Billing Operations (m/f).
Job description:
As Head of Billing Operations (m/f) you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring the company's cash flow by thoroughly setting up, managing and controlling the billing and collections operations
- Analysing, reviewing and consolidating the billing processes which are currently based in different functional areas of the company (IT, Finance, Customer Service)
- Initiating and implementing effective improvements for the individual billing processes in order to create state of the art billing operations for the company
- Managing and reporting on the regular billing, refund and direct debit/payment processing processes
- Leading the several teams and direct reporting to the management

- Academic degree (Business, Accounting/Finance or IT)
- Experience in successfully managing the billing operations of a telecom operator (debt management, collection, payment processing processes)
- Experience in leading and building effective teams
- Thoroughness, thoughtfulness, accuracy
- Flexibility, open-mindedness for (careful) changes
- Awareness for risks, ability to identify and manage side effects
- Strong in implementation and analysis
- Strong in communications, active communicator involving other people/departments
- Fluent English and German is a must
