General Manager is our key role for business success and as well as for our stakeholders. The main task is to manage all business segments with the objective to gain success, achieve business plan, and to further develop our business while keep the continuous growth
Main responsibilities includes:
• strategy planning, implementation and supervision
profitability management
• representation of the company in front of institutions and public
• decision making on investments
• integration of company business with other members of the group
• management of all business processes and resources
coaching, mentoring and people management
As a General Manager you'll be accountable for achieving positive business results, EBT and ROE, as well as for our market share, new business development and human capital management.

• university degree in the fields of engineering, IT, economy, finances, or similar
• minimum 5 years of experience in executive management of at least larger organisational unit
• results-oriented and systematic person with developed analytical skills
• advanced computer user
• proficiency in English language
• developed communication and negotiation skills, sense of urgency, determination and energy
