Finance Specialist (m/f)

We are a European discount chain offering clothes for the entire family as well as household products at the lowest prices. We are a part of the Pepkor investment and holding company operating in retail markets on 3 continents and in 16 countries. We have been growing rapidly for more than 10 years. Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the circulation of documents and invoices, preparation of detailed financial internal and external reporting and supporting the finance department in cash flow management, implementation and evaluation of business processes and internal controls to ensure the proper financial management of the company.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
If you have at least:
- University degree in Economics (finance or accounting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar position
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player that is able to work well independently
- Excellent use of MS Office (especially excel)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Readiness to travel to Poland for the induction period
