Your responsibilities will include:
• Executing, in the designated area, the expansion plan through acquiring commercial properties of defined parameters and representing company on the commercial property market
• Monitoring the property market in the designated area in order to gather information about investments and existing buildings
• Seeking and verifying commercial properties in order to lease property in accordance with PEPCO requirements
• Negotiating the terms of lease in order to conclude agreement under conditions compatible with the internal guidelines of the company
• Maintaining contact with the property disposer/landlord during the duration of the lease agreements in order to maintain proper cooperation and to secure the company's interest
• Checking the competition and influence of other operators on PEPCO location
• Presenting the properties to Property Manager for the initial acceptance
• Preparing report on real estate for the Management • Board containing among others competition analysis, described photos, maps of cities / districts

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
If you have at least:
• 2 years of experience in working on similar positions
• Experience in retail
• Very good communication skills and client orientation
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Slovenian is an advantage
• B category driving license (we offer usage of a Company car)
• Readiness to often go on business trips
Don't forget to include the agreement concerning
the processing of personal data for the purpose of recruitment.
