We are looking for a new member on our team, who would work at an extremely interesting and challenging workplace! We are hiring an Executive Office Manager to help support administrative and operational functions of the CEO & the COO. This professional role will serve to the Board office and be a link between the Board members and the leadership.

Your main responsibilities:
• Serving as a liaison with internal employees at all levels
• Drafting and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO & the COO
• Preparing agendas for meetings, briefing materials and presentations as needed to support the Board and the senior management
• Ensuring appropriate signatures and tracking documents through the approval process on behalf of the CEO & the COO
• Interacting with external partners
• Providing administrative and expert support to the CEO & the COO in order to increase their competence for executive level responsibilities
• Providing assistance and support on various projects as needed
• Managing and maintaining calendar and daily agenda of the Board members, including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings, conference calls
• Coordinating travel itineraries, flights, hotel accommodation and other travel needs

Your main qualifications and competencies:

• 3-5 years of office administration experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to handle confidential material and information; a discreet and reliable person
• Positive, pleasant and professional manners and strong ability to relate to people of all business levels
• Passionate and enthusiastic team player with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Close attention to details and excellent time management skills
• Highly expressed proactivity, initiative and independence in daily work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent both in English and German is obligatory (written and spoken)
• Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Excel, MS Word and Power Point
• Active driver with B category driving licence
