Znanja i kvalifikacije:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience of handling C&B business, preferably within hotel industry, excellent knowledge of English language (all other languages would be considered as an advantage), IT literacy and with strong desire to grow within the International organization.
Your main responsibilities will be leading a team of groups and events associates, improving or maintaining quality of service in handling C&B business. Active role in client approach, negotiations, operational meetings as well as making sure all clients agreed and contracted tasks are fulfilled, is expected in this role. Assisting in preparing and coordinating all C&B tasks with the Director of Sales and Marketing as well as making sure that the Groups and Events department is seamlessly performing on all given projects will also be among your responsibilities.
