JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / BENEFITS:
• building a network of clients and subcontractors;
• managing an early stage of development of Croatian branch of PHIN company;
• participation in preparation of feasibility studies, business plans, EU funding application documents;
• participation in creating the financial and economic analysis for businesses and local governments;
• participation in coordination and management in investment projects;
• participation in preparation of payment application documents
• participation in managing and accounting the investment projects (including projects co- financed from EU).

REQUIREMENTS:
• necessary - experience in the work related to European Union’s pre- access funds systemmes; Desired experience with both investment projects and European Social Fund;
• necessary - knowledge of EU funding mechanisms, EU financed projects;
• experience in writing the feasibility studies and business plans required for obtaining the EU grants;
• knowledge of trade & marketing techniques;
• excellent organizational skills;
• self reliance, independence;
• analytical skills;
• MS Office proficiency;
• ability to work under time pressure;
• ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time;
• highly developed interpersonal skills;
• active driving license - B category;
• communicative English language.
ADDITIONAL ASSESTS:
• higher education in the field of: economy/ finances and banking/ accountancy/ law/ management and marketing;
• knowledge of public finance, corporate finance, accounting, ability to prepare financial and economic analyzes, cost-benefit analysis.
• own car used to work (for additional salary) in the early stage of developlent of the Croatian branch of PHIN Company.
