We are closely working with EU institutions as well as governments in all EU member states in helping to design, implement and evaluate EU policies and programs.
Successful candidate will work mainly with Croatian ministries and public institutions in supporting the preparation, implementation and evaluation of EU funded programs and projects.
Responsibilities of the position:
• Working as project manager or team member for the advisory projects related to following areas:
o Capacity building of public institutions- process improvement, performance management,
risk management and etc,
o EU program and project preparation,
o Socio-economic studies about development needs of different sectors and policy areas like
SMEs, innovation, education and labor market etc.
• Work in projects involves information gathering tasks like interviews and surveys, reviewing existing
research reports, performing workshops and conducting analytical tasks like data analysis and
comparisons, cost benefit analysis, feasibility analysis etc.
• Supervise and coach junior colleagues in order help them to develop their career and skills set
• Manage and prepare proposals for public tenders

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
• University education and excellent command of English
• Minimum of five years of work experience related working for Croatian government institutions as
public official or as an external consultant
• Experience and knowledge related to EU programming and funding mechanisms
• Managerial experience either from management of an organizational unit in public sector or from
management of consulting projects
• Experience at least in one of the following areas is considered as an advantage SME development,
innovation, education and labor market, transportation and environment.
