As the Director of Operations on our newly established position, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading the hotel’s operation, elevating both associate’s and guest’s experience, creating new revenue streams, effective cost controls and bringing the “game” to a new level!
You will oversee and run, together with respective department heads, operation of Rooms division, Food and Beverage as well as Spa and Recreation in order to maximize efficiency and guest service levels!

° A people’s manager, a leader that builds great teams and develops our future leaders! Experience in managing bigger teams is a MUST. 3 years of experience on the same position within an international environment, in a 5 star property with, preferably some Resort experience!
° Passion, knowledge and skills to direct leaders and associates of each operational department in creating unique experiences for our guests.
° Very strong financial acumen, forecasting & budgeting skills, strong analytical skills as well as project management skills.
° Knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Croatian language as well as all other languages are considered to be an advantage.
° Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to the local culture and market.
