Rimac Automobili Riddle #3 :
Our Nuclear Core had radius of 1088 mm, and draft angle of 5°
1.A. How many molds do we need to form this sphere?
1.B. Sketch those Molds and send them to us
Responsibilities:
• Functional surface development
• Development of various body panels, interior parts and lights based on CAD data provided by the design/styling department
• Development of mechanical systems (example – door hinges)
• Designigning of tools and patterns for production of composite parts
• Development of production strategies and methods for various metal and composite parts
• Quality management including tolerance defining and control
• Defining fixing and positioning of parts for design-team
• Support the design team with fast solutions and advice for fast idea-to-product realisation
• Responsibility of design enginer

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• 5+ years expirience with CAD surface design and modeling
• Expirience with large assemblies
• Automotive expirience is a plus, but not required
• Product design expirience is a plus
• FEM experience is a plus
• Sheet metal, composites, casting and plastic component manufacturing is a plus
