Due to continuous expansion, Lush Manufaktura d.o.o., part of the global business, is offering a great opportunity for you to join the Customer Services team. Customer Services sits at the heart of manufacturing and is highly visible, playing a pivotal support role across many areas of the company. You can expect lots of conversations with our customers - retail managers and support teams primarily in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) markets as well as globally!
We will ask you to become part of sociable and vibrant team where no two days are the same, aiming to provide our customer with the highest standard of service.
No day would ever be the same and your tasks will change regularly depending on the requirements of shops and the business, with the main aim to always ensure your customers are happy, well informed and respected.

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and Croatian are essential, as you will be continually developing communication channels across the company and with the customers. This role is not for the faint-hearted, it can be challenging at times. It offers you a chance to really learn about the company.
