Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Reporting to Director Quality , your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Understanding customer’s requirements on product quality and monitoring their implementation;
• Coordinating communication with the customer on quality issues;
• Monitoring internal quality indicators and results reported by the client; analyzing and sending quality reports as requested by the client;
• Participating in prot-runs, validation of new product, ensuring data collection and setting quality targets for the period of transfer;
• Coordinating control plans development;
• Tracking implementation of quality system requirements, client’s requirements and regulations;
• Participating in internal audits;
• Preparing and managing customer audits;
• Identifying quality improvement opportunities and leading improvement projects;
• Coordinating Quality Project Team on functional and organizational level;
• Managing process of resolving customer complaints,
We require a University degree in Technical, at least 5 years professional experience in quality (Automotive or Medical industry experience is an advantage), very good knowledge of quality tools, ability to write reports and procedures and to analyze and interpret technical procedures and documents.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking decision making ability and understanding of it’s impact on business are your personal strengths. Excellent English knowledge is a necessity.
