Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Finance, controlling and risk management
• budget planning, profit-oriented management and implementation of the business strategy Accounting and annual statement of accounts according to code of commercial law {HGB1 and IRFS
• internal reporting and cost analysis (monthly, quarterly, annually, ad-hoc)
- identification/implementation of synergies and cost optimization
• analysis and monitoring of risk factors
• planning and monitoring of investment projects
- liquidity planning and liquidity management
• preparation/monitoring of board meetings
• representation of the company at banks, authorities, auditors, tax accountants and lawyers
Accounting
• ensuring the accounting according to legal requirements
• ensuring quarterly and annual financial statements and accounting regulations
• ensuring optimal and economic accounting processes
Process optimization
• optimization of merchandise management, logistics and administration, further development of IT, controlling and HR-systems
Organization & personnel
• building up of an efficient organization in the sense of the company values
• advancement of employees within the meaning of the mission statement . communication in the sense of the philosophy our company
Requirements
> minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a high managerial position
• university degree in Economics, Finance
• excellent PC skills (MS Office and Internet)
• fluent in English and German
• availability for travel, local and abroad
