JYSK is an ambitious fast growing Danish Retail company with a solid financial background that values dedicated hard work. We have 85 stores in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and we are planning to open many more in the coming years.
We are searching for a result driven, proactive, competent and committed Chief accountant with potential to develop with the business. You will report to the Financial Manager and lead team based in Zagreb, with responsibility for Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Serbia.
Your primary areas of responsibility:
• Ensure the preparation of all financial reports
• Participate in development and improvement of administrative procedures including effective use of IT for financial purposes
• Participate in preparation of budgets
• Communicate and coordinate external audits
• Communicate authorities
• Participate in insurance

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
What do we expect from you?
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting activity
• Knowledge about fiscal returns, tax system, statutory financial statements and relevant experience in SAP
• Ability to work with many deadlines and being very structured
• Fluent English language skills: spoken as well as written
• Experience with working across boards in the former Yugoslavian countries and knowledge about the financial differences, will be an advantage but is not a requirement
