SKUBA GROUP (www.skuba.biz) was established in 1992, and now it runs 20 companies in 14 countries and employs 830 workers. The group is among the leading wholesalers of spare parts for trucks and trailers in the Central and Eastern European market. Consolidated turnover of the group amounted to 115 million euro in 2013.
The main operating principles of SKUBA GROUP are the supply of a wide assortment of spare parts, ranging from original to alternative, at an attractive price and fast deliveries. Among our regular suppliers are well-known global giants. The Group seeks to supply its customers with a wide range of spare parts, to make them 100 per cent satisfied.
SKUBA HRVATSKA was established in the end of 2013 and has the team of 6 employees. The company is looking for

Main tasks:
• develop retail/wholesale business of trucks aftermarket parts, boost sales and establish branches in all over Croatia,
• accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepare an annual prognosis and budgets;
• maintain staff by recruiting, selecting and orienting employees,
• regularly analyze the market, maintain price policy, inventory, service quality, sales and debt management,
• twice a year participate in Country Managers’ meetings,
• collaborate with and report to the board members of the Group.

Requirements:
• experience in developing and managing companies; setting the network of branches within the country,
• experience in wholesale/retail business (trucks aftermarket business would be considered as a plus),
• experience in active sales,
• native Croatian and good English (as English is the language of the group),
• degree in technical sciences, economics or business management,
• good management, sales and communication skills,
• strategic thinking, flexibility and responsibility.
