Business Analyst (m/f)
- Zagreb -
Key responsibilities:
• Extract, transform, interpret data and load the results in final applications
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose into details, reconcile it and prepare the output for general understanding
• Assist in the designing, implementation and maintenance of performance dashboards
• Track the changes for functional and business specification
• Create documentation for workflows and business processes as resulted from business analysis
• Act as link between the request from internal stakeholders and any third party regarding software applications used in the companies
• Provide support for designing and execution of the test scenarios, queries, reports
• Identify the areas for improvement and implement the solution
• Coordinate small scale projects within the Region

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Requirements:
• Fluent English
• Degree in economics, informatics or equivalent (minimum Bachelor level)
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Skilled in Excel and data extraction from different environment
• Good experience with SAP and BW; knowledge of SAP Business Objects
• Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications
• Experience in IBM Cognos suite is an advantage
• Good knowledge of writing requirements specifications for information systems and documenting business processes
• Relevant experience interacting directly with end users
• Results orientated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
