Opis radnog mjesta:
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and talented Account Manager.
S/he should partner with clinics, restaurants, spas, travel agencies, retailers, beauty parlors etc. negotiating by phone/email unbeatable offers on behalf of our subscribers.
Experience with online sales, advertising and social media are beneficial to an account executive’s success and fit within our team.
General Responsibilities:
- Prospect, consult with merchants and close local deals for our subscribers, based on each business services
- Identify new and businesses & creative activities to be featured, expanding the range of offers for our subscribers
- Present the site as a unique alternative for businesses to utilize as a way of acquiring new customers
- Troubleshoot technical & product related issues and answer customer inquiries by phone or email quickly and efficiently
- Reach out to customers for feedback
- Think up and propose ways to improve the product functions and customer satisfaction
