The personal data of the candidates will be processed for the purpose of recruitment procedure on the basis of their consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Your personal data within the scope of the labour legislation will be processed for the purpose of the current recruitment procedure (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), while other data, including contact details, will be processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

The Controller will process your personal data, including in subsequent recruitments, if you give your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which may be revoked at any time.

Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process.

If you give your consent to the use of your personal data for future recruitment purposes, your data will be processed for 2 years.

You shall have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing that was carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

Predicted categories of data recipients include: entities on behalf of which we conduct the process, including Business Process Outsourcing spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością I sp.k., IT service providers, providers of recruitment services.

You have the right to access, rectify or delete your personal data. Submitting a request to delete data is tantamount to resigning from participation in the recruitment process. You also have the right to request that the processing be restricted in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the GDPR and the right to data portability. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing the data contained in the recruitment documents is not mandatory, but it is necessary for participation in the recruitment process. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries. The data provided by you will not be processed in a way that leads to an automated decision-making and profiling.

Consents
