What a year it has been so far.... Last year we have completed the largest refurbishment, restoration, and expansion in Irish history. We have enriched the majesty that has made Adare Manor legendary & we are proud to pioneer a new era in 5-star hospitality that is, quite literally, beyond everything.
After months of nervous anticipation, we were overjoyed that Adare Manor has been named the winner of the Virtuoso 'Hotel of the Year' 2018 at the Best of the Best Awards ceremony in Las Vegas, Ireland's 'Hotel of the Year' 2018 by Georgina Campbell, 'Ireland's Five Star Hotel' and overall 'Supreme Winner' as awarded at Gold Medal Awards 2018.

Adare Manor has unveiled The Carriage House as their bustling social heart of the resort.
The Carriage House operation has been expanded and will now cater for 300 guests divided across an evening steakhouse restaurant, all day dining space, a bar, a private dining room and lounge. In addition to catering for hotel guests, Club members, local residents and visitors to the Manor, we envisage substantial group business during the summer season.
We have a very exciting menu with a particular spotlight on fresh local produce from Ireland's best artisan suppliers. Locally farmed produce, fresh seafood, and Irish dry-aged beef take centre stage in exquisitely prepared dishes designed to delight. The menu will feature hearty favourites elegantly prepared: Connemara lamb, Atlantic lobster, and some of the best prime cuts of beef in the world, grilled to order.
This is an extensive F&B outlet will be the contemporary alternative to the Manor itself. Here we aim to create an atmosphere that is dynamic, eclectic with a modern twist whilst still upholding seamless 5-star service delivery. We envisage that a large proportion of the business within the Carriage House will be drawn from a local audience and building these relationships will be key to the success of the outlet.
