Ansell’s Industrial Global Business Unit manufactures protection solutions specific for hand, foot, and body protection for a wide-range of industries. In order to penetrate the market we are looking for an experienced candidate for following position:
Territory Sales Manager (m/f)
Location: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia
Your future role:
- In line with Ansell strategy, promote the Ansell brands, services and programs at end-users
- Customer acquisition and development of long terms relations on the markets
- Maximize sales volume and increase market penetration through the distribution network within the assigned territory
- Formulate sales and conversion plans on an annual basis and objectives and carry them out within the territory
- Assess competitors’ activity and feedback market intelligence to Sales Management
- Work with distributors’ representatives by conducting regular sales meetings and maintaining necessary training and field assistance
- Makes follow up of the objectives defined in distributors’ business-plans
- Implement specific promotional programs, developed by Ansell Industrial for the distributor network
- Select and follow-up on all accounts personally and by liaison with distributors’ representatives
- Record all relevant data via the E-sales data base
- Conduct a continuous account profile for distributors in interaction with the Regional Sales Manager and key end – users from which appropriate market strategies can be developed
- Fully participate in annual sales performance review. Review and implementation of yearlong target.
- Implement all defined strategies, tactics at end-users and distributors as defined by Regional Sales Manager
- Regularly participating in Group’s trainings
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager
O zaposleniku
- Minimum High School Education, plus 2 to 3 years further education in Business Studies or 3 years of relevant sales experience as Key Account Manager in B2B
- Fluent in English language; written and spoken
- MS Office
- Autonomous and self-starter
- Energetic, positive attitude and team player
- Performance and quality driven
- Flexible and able to work in a changing environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Drivers lincence and readiness to travel within the region up to 80%
