Technical Support Engineer for Geodesy (m/f)
O poslu
Responsibilities:
- Become main contact in all technical matters for key partners of Wingtra worldwide
- Answer customer support requests and investigate technical issues using Hubspot
- Support customers with photogrammetry, coordinate systems, GNSS and post-processed kinematics
- Ensure that Wingtra customers are impressed with our support
- Do technical onboarding and consulting for customers remotely
- Collaborate with our engineers in Zurich to solve the most difficult robotics and geodetics problems
- Write technical documentation and manuals
- Ensure effective communication with team members in Zurich both in face to face meetings as well as in video conferences
O zaposleniku
- Technical University Degree 3-5 years of experience in geodesy, geodetics, surveying drone surveying
- Flawless communication in written and spoken English
- Outstanding communication, problem solving, organisational and self management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Zurich
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset, you are operational excellence focused and improve the processes
Plus:
- 3+ years experience in technical support for an international company
- Experience with GNSS and PPK systems
- Experience with Hubspot (Zendesk)
- GIS, Surveying, Photogrammetry experience (e.g. Pix4D, TBC, Agisoft, ArcGIS, etc)
- Experience with professional surveying drones (eBee, UX11)
- Existing network in geospatial / surveying industry
- Software development experience
