Tetra Pak is looking for Technical Account Manager, Processing for its Technical Sales & Service (TS&S) Processing Division, based in Zagreb.

Technical Account Manager (m/f)

The qualified candidate will be the main interface for customers on the service business and all technical matters incl. quality. Technical Account Manager (TAM) applies value selling to grow the Technical Sales & Service business in profitable way based on deep knowledge of customer operations and needs. TAM is responsible for markets/accounts depending on size and complexity.

The successful candidate will report to the Technical Sales & Service Manager, South East Europe, Processing.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving profitable Processing TS&S Sales in the area of responsibility
  • Supporting customers to reduce operating costs and to increase system performance by deployment of global services portfolio.
  • Identifying sales opportunities based on good understanding of the customers’ business, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
  • Preparation of cost calculations and quotations
  • Taking actions in line with agreed business plan initiatives
  • Acting as a first contact to customer for all service related activities
  • Make sure that Technical issues has been adequately driven to the resolution
  • Monitoring and following up all TS&S related activities. Follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability

We believe you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical or technical sales positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Result oriented, committed and self-motivated
  • Croatian and fluent English
