Company Telemarketing d.o.o. is looking for a Team Leader in Varaždin office, on Ivana Severa 15, Varaždin.
We are a company with call centers in 4 EU countries that specializes in direct sales via telephone, of products such as food supplements, cosmetics, jewelry, etc.
The job includes managing the team, employing new people, controlling the work of employees, learning and teaching new sales techniques, daily communication in English with owners from Lithuania and Slovenia.
We are looking for a person that can manage the team, has experience in sales and want to create and lead a successful team. The team leader will have the ability to employ his/her team of sales agents.
In all countries our employees receive a fixed salary + bonus from sales, the same logic applies for team leader, so the final salary can be much higher than 5000 kun gross, it all depends on the performance of the team.
