Responsibilities
- Lead, Manage and Coach your team to overachieve targets/KPIs
- Participate in country business planning exercise
- Build, maintain and communicate a strong ambition for the business, team and individual team members
- Ensure the right process of management and KPIs to drive organizations performance against sales goals, strategies& action plans, be accountable for results
- Perform coaching activities with sales force in order to drive individual development
- Build team energy, communicate in a motivational manner
- Drive the execution of the sales strategy (portfolio, campaigns, initiatives, programs through the right processes (POM) and KPIs
- Drive the sales pipeline, guarantee forecast/predictability and maximization of margin through the right activities, POM and KPIs

- Capable to understand complex reportings and convert numbers into actions
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor / Master degree in business, sales experience required
- Experience in team management min 2 years
- Fluent command of the English language, verbal and written
