Support Consultant IT NAV ERP Europe (m/f)

Place of work: Zagreb

Key responsibilities:



  • Provide support for Adria key-users (HR, SLO, RS, BiH) based on key-user requests for MS Dynamics NAV (version 2009, 2017) ERP system and integration with satellite apps (CRM, Customer Portals, ITSM)
  • Supporting NAV ERP implementation projects
  • Responsible for monitoring of automated processes to ensure the NAV system is available for key-users and working correctly
  • Close collaboration with other European IT departments
  • Cooperation with local external partners/suppliers
  • Major location: Zagreb
  • Other locations:
    • Other KM offices in Europe with primary focus on Adria region (SLO, RS, BiH)
    • Brno office for trainings, team meetings and project meetings

Requirements:

  • Completed education in area of Information Technology or Economics.
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • MS Dynamics NAV knowledge on technical IT consultancy level
  • Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Service, SCM/LOG, Finance)
  • Experience with support projects of MS Dynamics NAV – Incident mgmt., Service Request fulfilment, Change management
  • General IT knowledge (Office, Excel advanced, SQL basic, Infra basic)
  • Experience with integration of ERP and other systems is advantage
  • Communication skills (Workshops, Skype calls with customers)
  • Team oriented and working in a responsible and independent way
  • Customer and solution oriented
