Croatia Transit Operations SUPERVISOR
Completing all the tasks related to forming transit declarations, validating and submitting the declarations of customers. Providing necessary training and support for the entire customer needs. Supervising the Croatian team and office operations.
Responsibilities
Operations
- Forming, controlling and submitting transit declarations (T1, T2) of the customers.
- When necessary, following the rules of risk criteria set by the Company policy.
- In case of operational difficulties (such as discrepancy, theft, fire, accidents, etc.), following the customs procedures and informing the responsible department head.
- Providing support for both their team and customers in case of operational and regulatory questions/problems.
- Following up the date customs regulations in Croatia & Serbia related to the transit transportations. In case of any change, informing the related departments to make operational and systematic changes.
- Representing Company before Customs offices and related government agencies.
- Coordinating the relations between Croatia operations and agency (esp. Croatia, Serbia), risk management and law and contracts when needed.
- When necessary, following the rules of risk criteria set by the Company policy.
Customer Support
- Providing NCTS Hub training to the customers when needed.
- Transit declaration Customer support by e-mail, phone and in person.
- Operational customer support such as account limits, plate registration, etc.
- Customs communication when necessary.
- Transit declaration Customer support by e-mail, phone and in person.
Administrative

- Number of transit declarations submitted by the team (T1,T2)
