Join our team in Zagreb as a Specialist Consumer Experience and you will be a part of Omni-channel Experience team that’s responsible for design, implementation, and managing consumer experiences, services, and programs to drive consumer satisfaction. The role focuses on continuous improvement to adapt to market dynamics and preferences, striving to build strong consumer relationship.
We offer full time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time.
As a Specialist Consumer Experience, you will be responsible for:
- Co-creating and refining local consumer experiences and programs that align with global strategies and the omni-channel vision, addressing diverse consumer segments.
- Keeping track of market trends and consumer feedback to adapt consumer programs as needed. Using insight to suggest practical improvements that respond to changing market conditions and consumer needs.
- Taking the ownership over the operational aspects of consumer programs, proactively managing detailed data analysis, budget oversight, and a gap assessment to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Initiating and coordinating regular stakeholders’ meetings to align efforts and expectations, facilitating effective program deployment.
- Providing regular performance updates, using data to drive decisions and program refinement in alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent omnichannel experience.
- Leading cross-functional teams in the implementation of consumer programs, ensuring clear goals and effective collaboration.
- University degree in marketing, economics, business administration or another relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in consumer programs development and management (i.e. acquisition or retention programs), customer product care or consumer journey activities in an international environment.
- Advanced understanding of consumer trends and behaviors.
- Project management skills with experience in agile ways of working.
- Consumer centric mindset and ability to encourage consumer centric approach.
- Learning on the fly and open to continuously develop.
- Proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
- Strong organizational and data analytics skills with attention to details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, open to connect with wide variety of different profiles.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficient English and Croatian language skills.
