A Bit More About Your Role
As a Customer Success Account Manager your daily responsibilities will encompass prospecting, proactively engaging with book of business accounts, qualifying opportunities, and skillfully closing deals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross sell to our valued existing clients, driving additional revenue and fostering long-term relationships. And we know that you bring with you the one necessary ingredient that can’t be taught – a curious and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers. O zaposleniku
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• 1+ years of Outbound sales experience, with focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
• Proven ability to uncover and engage decision-makers, identify customer needs and close deals over various channels such as phone, email, and social media
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet weekly, daily and monthly sales targets
• Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Confidence in presenting to and advising C-suite decision makers
