- A chef that is a trainer, a coach, a leader!!!
- Creativity with a sense of Luxury and Contemporary F&B.
- Strong “process mind” to implement structure and procedures (managing working hours, food cost, menu engineering, purchasing controls…).
- Excellent knowledge of the hotel kitchen operations as well as advanced culinary knowledge.
- Excellent management skills. Experience in managing teams.
- Knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Croatian language as well as all other languages are considered to be an advantage
- Cultural awareness and ability to adapt to the local culture and market.
- 3 years of experience on the same or similar position, preferably within an international environment, in a 4 or 5 star property. Resort experience is considered an advantage
