Service technician (male/female)
KESSLER, with it’s headquarters in Bad Buchau, Germany and subsidiaries in Plymouth, USA; Moscow, Russia; Shanghai, China, Taoyuan, Taiwan and Skopje, Macedonia is an innovative market leader in high-tech components. A comprehensive range of hightech spindles and spindle systems for different processes, industries and applications are produced by more than 800 employees (male/female). To enhance our team, we are looking for a Service technician (male/female) for global service:
Responsibilities and tasks
- Repairing spindles, rotary tables, swiveling heads, swiveling axis and multi-axis swiveling units independently. This includes filling out and completing documentation for:
- receipt of goods inspections
- disassembly and cleaning of the components
- reassembly and checking in accordance with checklists
- Performance check, test run, final clearance
- service calls and training of customers on product
Requirements
- completed apprenticeship/vocational training as industrial mechanic or mechatronic engineer or related training with experience in spindle assembly
- good knowledge of electronics and electricity as well as experience of test benches
- willingness to travel
- excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- conscientious and solution-oriented working ethics as well as flexibility and willingness to learn
