Senior Recruiter (m/f)
Location: Warsaw (on-site)
For our client from pharmaceutical industry, we are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter, who not only will be present at the client site in Warsaw to oversee the recruitment process but also will be responsible for managing client relationships with high service level.
Your key duties:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment process
- Facilitating the interview and selection process
- Building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
- Identifying process improvements
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual, with proven recruitment and client servicing skills, to offer excellent recruitment services.
Your profile:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment process management
- Motivated, independent, result oriented
- Customer oriented, excellent communicator
- Previous RPO or agency recruitment experience is a plus
