SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (m/f)
/ Zagreb /
Position Tasks:
- Development of logistic center close to Zagreb, phase 1 with 21.000 GLA
- Acquisition of land for incisional logistics project
- Permitting process
- Leasing agenda
- Project financing
- Construction supervisory
- Work experience in the field of development/ logistics development
- Excellent knowledge of English language / certificates / advantage in case of knowing Czech or Slovakian language
- Driving license B category
- Advantage level of knowing MS Office software package
- Communicative, organized, systematic, dedicated person
- In close cooperation with the Country Manager and CFO from Czech Republic.
Position Requirements:
- Building School, Civil Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional presentation and appearance
