We are a high-quality software engineering company based in Vienna and Prishtina (and soon in Croatia), developing data-intensive applications with front-ends for iOS, Android, and the web using Java, Spring, Swift, Kotlin, AWS, Kafka, Python, Azure, Terraform Gitlab and much more ...
We are now looking for a new project team. You´re going to be developing a cutting edge conversational UI based on connected vehicle data directly with our customer. The App will be based on a streaming architecture, and the goal is to deliver a piece of software that will shape the way our customer´s customers will interact with their cars on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
- You’re independently responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects or features including engineering design, development, and deployment.
- You improve code structure and architecture in service of testability and maintainability.
- You write, co-write, and review design documentation.
- You work with the team and adjacent teams to solve problems. Escalates problems that have a wider scope.
- You assist and teach other engineers on an individual basis.
- You participate in the hiring process of other team members (by submitting referrals, meeting candidates, attending recruiting events, or presenting externally).
- Direct customer interaction.
- You develop mobile apps in either Android or iOS.

Abilities / Competencies
- Highly familiar with iOS core frameworks and industry-standard libraries like Alamofire.
- Proficient in Swift and Objective C.
- Clean and maintainable code.
- Proven experience as a developer.
- Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Finding simple solutions for complex problems.
- Familiarity with backend tools such as REST APIs and push notifications.
- NICE TO HAVE: Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as kotlin-mobile-multiplatform, ionic/capacitorjs.
If you are an Android Developer:
Abilities / Competencies
- Highly familiar with Android core libraries.
- Proficient in Kotlin.
- Clean and maintainable code.
- Proven experience as a developer.
- Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Finding simple solutions for complex problems.
- Familiarity with backend tools such as REST APIs and push notifications.
- NICE TO HAVE: Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as kotlin-mobile-multiplatform, ionic/capacitorjs.
We also look for soft skills, for someone who
- Cares about delivering solutions that solve problems and doesn’t just blindly implement what has been specified.
- Takes on ownership for projects he/she works on.
- Feels responsible for his/her contributions and takes care of problems when they emerge.
