HRK Life Science Unit specializes in recruiting specialists, managers and directors for global medical and laboratory companies. For our Client – international company specialized wide range of accredited laboratory analysis of food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, packaging, liquids (water, solid fuels and chemicals) we are looking for candidates with substantial expertise in laboratory market and sales experience for the position of:
Senior KAM / Branch Manager B2B (m/f)
Main duties:
• Responsiblity for whole Croatian team management – recruitment, coaching, talent management,
• Motivating employees to achieve sales goals, organization, sales team management, training,
• Creating plans, sales strategy, responsibility for the company's profitability,
• Meetings with key b2b clients, expanding the client base, relationship management, increasing market share,
• Expenditure monitoring and creating cost plans, monthly reporting to the head office,
• Developing sales strategies,
• Responsibility for achieving sales and profit goals,
• Competition monitoring.

• University degree (preferable: economy, biotechnology, chemistry, biology),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales/product management of B2B products,
• Deep knowledge about B2B market (food, water, pharmaceuticals)
• Good command of English,
• Strong motivation to achieving goals,
• Perfect communication skills,
• Creative, patient person who will inspire and unite the team.
