Good knowledge of Java and relevant work experience in software development is a minimal technical requirement for this position. Essential Functions of the Role:
. Designing, developing and deploying scalable product architecture using Java, working in a
dynamic international team environment . 70% hands on development, 30% team lead and coordination . Participating in architecture, design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with
standards and best practices . Collaborating closely with project management for creation and execution of realistic project
plans . Supporting project team with defining detailed work packages, delegation of tasks, mentoring
others and monitoring project tasks execution . Collaborating with QA team for testing and deployment of products and solutions. . Collaborating with product management and other internal stakeholders for product/solution
definition and support of full product life cycle . Participating in the continuous improvement process to define and adjust standards,
processes and working practices for the best team performance . You will be supported by team members who share the same care for the product as you do

Requirements:
. Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
. 5+ years of proven experience in JAVA software development (full SW development lifecycle)
. Good understanding of SW development processes
. Object-Oriented design concepts and design patterns, data structures and algorithms, Web
service development . Ability to analyse requirements and develop and document SW architecture / design . Ability to define, estimate, delegate and supervise work tasks (experience working as
technical lead / team lead is strongly preferable) . Strong affinity for teamwork, collaboration and supporting others . Enthusiastic, self-motivated, affinity to learn and constantly improve . Excellent command of the English language
