We are looking for a new member on our team, who would work at an extremely interesting and challenging workplace! We are hiring Senior HR Business partner who will support organisational's success through active development of HR functions.


Your main responsibilities:
  • Providing overall, day-to-day, HR guidance to the different business levels (e.g., employment, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Manages recruiting process, develops recruiting methods and on-boarding of new employees.
  • Provides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Identifies training needs for business units as also individual development needs.
  • Participates in development, implementation and evaluation of training programs. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Participates in creation and management of compensation and benefits plans.
Your main qualifications and competencies:
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR generalist or HR business partner
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to make a difference to the business and belief in the value of the HR function
  • Confidence to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular
  • An ability to build long-term, trusting relationships within the management, colleagues and clients
  • A focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of HR functions and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team
  • Passionate and enthusiastic team player with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly expressed proactivity, initiative and independence in daily work
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Active driver with B category driving licence
