Senior Engineer Functional Safety Electrification / Chassis / ADAS / Fuel Cell (m/f/d)

For the individual areas of Electrification (electric vehicles, hybrid, high-voltage battery, transmission, etc.), Chassis (chassis, steering), ADAS, Autonomous Driving & Fuel Cell, we are looking for Senior Engineers fitting the following criteria:


  • Planning, coordinating and implementing functional safety in customer projects from specification to validation
  • Handling risk assessments, concept creation and safety analyses (e.g. FMEA, FTA)
  • Specifying requirements of safety-related functions
  • Moderating and participating in technical reviews
  • Functioning as a contact person for software and hardware development
  • Functioning as a contact person for the customers with technical questions
  • Verifying safety concepts on HiL, test benches and in the vehicle
  • Compiling documentation after the security process as well as presenting any results


  • Degree (TU/FH) in electronics, electrical engineering, vehicle technology, telematics or similar
  • Expert in one of the listed topics (electrification, chassis, autonomous driving, fuel cell)
  • Highly proficient in the fields of:
    • Functional safety (ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar)
    • Requirements and quality management
    • Software and hardware development for an automotive environment
    • Safety analysis
  • Enthusiasm for automotive development and technical innovation as well as an interest in functional safety
  • Flexible, proactive, structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication, organizational and team-working skills
  • Proficient English language knowledge

SALARY: 447524.89-447524.89 HRK/YEAR

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR 60.000,--. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
