Senior building project manager
Workplace: Zagreb

Your responsibilities will include:
• Organising the process of adapting and furnishing commercial premises to meet PEPCO standards
• Organizing and controlling the work of the supervised team
• Organizing and planning future investments for PEPCO premises in order to adapt them to PEPCO standards,
• Accepting premises from landlords, verifying their compliance with the lease agreement,
• Organising renovation and construction work
• Supervising renovation and construction work
• Collaborating with contractors regarding the construction, repair and equipment works
• Maintaining the technical infrastructure of PEPCO Stores in Croatia

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
If you have at least:
• Advanced knowledge of construction law and procedures
• Minimum secondary school level background in construction
• 3 years of experience in work with similar position
• Knowledge of Excel, AutoCad
• Ability to solve problems, make decisions, work in team and manage a team
• High level of analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Driving licence and you are willing to travel frequently
• Good level of English
