For our Office in Slavonski Brod, we are looking for perspective candidates (m/f), following position of the Salesman Pre - Owned (m/f)

Main responsibilities:
Perform and improve sales activity in Pre-Owned business in managing customer portfolio in a specific area
• Manage sales activity in a specific area and relations:
- Selling pre-owned commercial vehicles
- Preparing offers (cash sales, leasing- financing)
- Relation with leasing company
- Cooperating with internal service providers (customer service, workshops, etc.) and private Dealers
• Sales KPI in the assigned area
- Continuous tracking of the defined objectives related to sales volumes, market penetration, turnover and profit margin
- Stock mix in Dealers site (peripheric stock)
• Customer Portfolio management
- Acquisition and consultation services for customers and prospective customers
- Ongoing processing and updating of CRM (Customer Relation Management) by means of telemarketing, mailing campaigns, visiting customers, etc.
- Report for customer visit
• Information related to pre-owned business in the market
- Being informed about changes in legislation which might have an impact on the commercial vehicle business
- Being continuously informed about market trends, competitors’ activities, etc.
• Digital tools
- Proper management for digital platform and social media with the aim to improve truck sales and to communicate with the customer

O zaposleniku

Znanja i kvalifikacije:
Experience in sales activity, preferable if in Pre-Owned automotive sector. Good knowledge of commercial vehicles market

• Knowledge of sell and negotiation techniques
• MS Office tools, internet platform and social media
• Driving license B, C and CE will be a plus
• Good work organization, carefulness, empathy, problem solving, distinct focus on customers and performance
• Coaching aptitude and team work
• Fluent English, German is a plus
• Results-oriented with a strong willingness to improve the presence on the market
• Basic technical knowledge (able to check vehicle condition)
