On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer, and marketer of home appliances, we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Sales Representative (m/f).
Sales Representative (m/f)
Place of work:
- Zagreb & fieldwork
Your responsibilities would be:
- finding new clients, establishing new accounts in compliance with the company's sales policy, and obtaining orders;
- developing and implementing local sales activities with Trade Partners to achieve the agreed targets
- improving distribution of products and ensuring the presence of the products at the point of sales of Trade Partners
- building up relationships with all relevant decision makers within Trade Partners and visiting stores regularly
- monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- resolving customer complaints by investigating problems
- developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
- providing reports on a regular basis (weekly)
Position Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques
- Well organized, responsible, and a team-player
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexible, energetic, persistent, positive personality
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license
