For decades the “Brand Names” of our client have been well known internationally. For the further expansion of our client’s activities we are now seeking an experienced, highly driven, independent, intelligent and analytical person for our client’s company in Croatia, head office in Zagreb.
Primary responsibilities
• Management of existing sales channels
• Actively develop new business opportunities through sales strategies, focusing on customers in target markets.
• Oversee the sales force and coordinate actions with them.
• Achieve profit targets.
• Represent the company at trade fairs

• 5-10+ years of experience in sales management and direct marketing (preferably in the field of consumer products) and most importantly in depth operational sales experience.
• Proven track record of taking new and innovative products to market
• Team player with the ability to motivate and lead
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good planning, report writing and organizational skills
