ROLMAR is a part of dynamically developing producer and distribution group - Markowski Group, which employes over 600 employees.
Rolmar is one of the biggest distributors parts for tractors, agricultural machinery and industry in Poland. Also present for the several years on Slovenia, Croatia, Northern Macedonia market.
Our greatest strenght is connection production competence in distribution company with very attractive sales prices.
We’re looking for SALES MANAGER
Place of work: Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, BiH
Main tasks:
• Acquiring new business partner on local market
• Service of current customers
• Constant contact with customers (by telephone, by e-mail, personally)
• Implementation of assumed budget plans
• Analysis foreign markets
• Participation and preparation foreign trade fairs
• Participation in the construction of the brands strategy on foreign markets
• Participation in the construction of the product sales strategy on foreign markets

• Minimum 2 years experience in cooperation with dealers in agricultural industry
• High level of self-reliance and responsibility at work
• Knowledge of the sales techniques B2B
• Ease of making and keeping contacts
• Negotiating skills
• Knowledge of the English language – unless basic level
• Knowledge of the Croatian language – an advanced level
• Minimum secondary education
• Readiness for business trips
• Driving license - B category
• Readiness to work on B2B base will be an additional advantage
