Noelle is a startup founded by young people and it’s growing day by day. It’s a fresh start for Noelle, and we want it to be flawless. That’s why we’re currently looking for a sales manager who will easily blend into our young, energetic team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES WILL VARY, BUT WILL LIKELY INCLUDE:
  • management of B2B and B2C sales channels
  • management of existing customers
  • drawing up annual plans
  • monitoring of results according to plans
  • creating results-based action plans
  • drawing up weekly reports
  • monitoring and analysis of the market, monitoring competition work and proposing sales development measures
  • market research and analysis, as well as the establishment of business relationships with new clients
  • opening of new markets post-sales clients care to improve long-term cooperation
  • close cooperation and monitoring of marketing and procurement activities
  • creating an annual strategy
  • establishing and maintaining relationships with customers

WE WANT TO STAND OUT SO WE JUST NEED SOMEONE TO BLEND IN. AND NO, THAT DOESN’T MEAN YOU NEED TO HAVE GREAT MAKEUP SKILLS. YOU’RE A PRETTY GOOD CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE:

WHEN IT COMES TO DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS, THERE ARE FEW ESSENTIALS WE'RE GOOD LOOKING FOR:

  • college education
  • multi-year sales / marketing / procurement experience
  • fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • knowledge of any other world’s language is an advantage (German, Italian, Spanish, French)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Driving license (category B)
