Our client, ANDRITZ TEP, a company with a 100-year tradition of producing boiler plants for all types of fuel by following the most demanding parameters. They are the European leader in production of pressure parts and boiler equipment, which they tailor to its own or its customer's needs and documentation. Along with this, they are a regional leader in the design and production of boiler plants, energy islands and power plants. In order to consolidate and advance their strong market position, as well as position of the Group POWER BOILER Capital's product line located in Finland, Austria and Croatia, they are looking for a reinforcement at the position of

  • Continuous monitoring of European market activities
  • Promoting Power Boiler capabilities with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
  • Developing stakeholder relationships with other relevant market participants
  • Preparing go/no-go decisions based on the division strategy
  • Participating in the development of the company's strategic plans
  • Developing “winning-strategies” for projects with regard to the current product landscape
  • Coordinating marketing activities within Power Boiler entities
  • Designing and proposing marketing activities that could lead to the improvement of the
  • Company's market position
  • Defining the technical basis and objectives by following the stipulations and agreements with the customers, consortium and engineering partners
  • Ensuring legal compliance in all business segments overseen by the position
  • Elaborating a list of potential suppliers (if such a list is demanded by the customer)
  • Coordinating the divisional efforts for projects involving multiple regions
  • Organizing and coordinating work of the sales department in order to perform more efficiently on the market
  • Conducting product group sales reporting


  • University degree in economics, engineering, or other relevant subject
  • Sound background in Power Boiler business, such as sales or regional management functions
  • 15+ years of experience in power boiler / power plant business
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and pro-active mindset
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Possibility and willingness to travel within and outside of Croatia (mainly Europe)
