Sales Development Representative (m/f)
Zagreb or remote anywhere from Croatia


  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for Camaloon
  • Scheduling opportunity’s calls for the Business Manager
  • Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Marketing directors) in Target Accounts
  • Evangelizing the importance of Merchandising in marketing events
  • Leveraging your teammates (BM) to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
  • Maintaining an activity volume of 80+ calls/emails per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth
  • Meeting or exceeding your quota
  • Recording and documenting all calls and communications in CRM to identify trends for improvement
  • Monitoring social networks such as Linkedin for sales opportunities and leads
  • Reporting on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative

Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for people to work from the office in Zagreb or remote anywhere from Croatia
  • French, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Swedish as native/high level language and fluency in another one
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy
  • Proactivity
  • Previous experience in Sales is not must have, but a big plus!


  • You must have an outgoing personality along with an exceptional level of drive and a desire to learn new skills and to build a career in sales
  • You should have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

  • Knowledge of another European language will be considered an advantage

  • You are available to work from Monday to Friday (8h/day)
