Sales and Marketing Manager (m/f)
On this position, the responsibilities include developing and launching new business ideas and strategic plans in order to develop and grow the market share of the company. You will also be responsible for consolidating business profit, improving quality of management, implementing competitive recognition and building strong customer relations. The Sales and Marketing Manager reports to the Country Manager and is directly responsible for the performance of the field force team and product managers. Developing a reliable, sustainable and successful team of professionals will also be one of the main tasks on this position.
We are looking for someone with several years’ experience in pharmaceuticals and on the position of Sales and Marketing Manager. You need to possess knowledge of the market, product strategies development, creating business plans and the pharmaceutical business in general. Familiarity with pharmaceutical legislation in Croatia is also necessary. We are looking for ambitious, driven and result oriented people with leadership and communication skills, an active knowledge of English and computer skills.
