Sales and Business Professional (m/f)

If you are an experienced sales and business professional or if you consider yourself suitable making a successful career in sales and business development globally, you might be the right candidate to be an important part of our client's international development and expansion.
Main duties:
- Contacting clients
- Moving opportunities along the sales process
- Taking responsibility and accountability for designated clients and territories
- Collaborating with the global team to define internal and external expectations and aligning those to specific deliverables
- Ability to travel as required
You will build up your own client portfolio, maintain and develop your own existing client stock and work to expanding our client's presence internationally. You will work in a sales group, with much responsibility and eventually have the freedom to control and plan your daily work yourself.
Your primary goal is to manage and expand our client's global presence, especially in the EU and in the United States.
The positions are located at the company's regional office in Split, Croatia but trips to other locations are also included in the work.

O zaposleniku
- Economic, marketing or similar relevant education or suitable experience
- Driving licence B
- Ability to work collaboratively and alone with local and global clients
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Fluent German is advantageous, but not a must
-Other languages are a benefit (Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish)
- Organised, detailed oriented, efficient, excellent with follow-up
- Goal and result oriented, self-motivated, positive attitude
- A high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce.com) - preferable
Key competencies/skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Focuses on building a credibility-based relationship
- Results orientated
- Thinks commercially and can interact with commercial people and executives
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial and operational analysis
