Retail Operations Support Specialist (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

Job description:

point of contact for all operative instructions and checks related to the network
contracting utilities, consumables and procurement of small inventory
controlling of procedures and regulations for retail and fuel stations
cooperation with Retail Area Managers
administrative backup for opening/takeover of new fuel stations
responsible for fuel price changes in the system
daily, weekly and monthly retail reports

Requirements:

preferable experience in retail sales administration
bachelor's or Master's degree
english knowledge (at least B2 level)
excellent use of MS Office (especially Excel)
very good interpersonal communication skills
organizational skills and multitasking
B category driver's license
